These Superfood Protein Snack Balls are made with whole foods, plant powered protein, and just the right touch of sweetness. Theyre the perfect grab-and-go fuel—whether youre heading to yoga, running errands, or just need a nourishing bite between meals.
🌱 Ingredients
1 cup almonds (raw or dry-roasted)
½ cup hemp seeds
¼ cup chia seeds
½ cup rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)
8 Medjool dates (pitted)
2 tbsp almond butter (or peanut/cashew butter)
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
½ tsp cinnamon
Pinch of sea salt
1–2 tbsp water (as needed)
Optional Add-Ins:
2 tbsp cacao nibs or dark chocolate chips
2 tbsp shredded coconut
1 scoop plant-based protein powder (to boost protein even more)
🌀 Instructions
Pulse Almonds in a food processor until they resemble a coarse meal.
Add Dates, hemp seeds, chia, oats, nut butter, cinnamon, and salt. Pulse until the mixture begins to clump.
Add Water a little at a time until the dough binds when pinched.
Fold in Optional Add-Ins like cacao nibs, coconut, or protein powder if using.
Roll into Balls about 1 inch each. You should get around 12–14.
Store in the Fridge or Freezer in an airtight container.
